Rotary Positive displacement pumps have long been used in industry for transfer application. Standard design of these pumps is generally not suitable for metering/dosing applications on packaging machines (Filling unit).Normally  a pneumatic piston filler is used for all viscous products. Although it  is a well developed technology it lacks in terms of speed and cleanliness after use. In most of the applications the speed of the pump (filling unit) is a limiting factor for the speed of the machine.

Our Engineering experts have developed a  servo motor rotary driven positive displacement pump which can be used for high speed filling of almost any viscous products.

Metering is a very crucial application and hence every pump is developed according to customer’s requirements. We have successfully developed two core technologies in pump application which are useful in almost 90% of the products’ application in the market.

Screw Pumps

Through customer discovery, we have also developed state of the art screw pumps which can handle accurate metering of hard or soft semi solids and solid chunks upto 15 to 20 mm. This pump can handle high to very high viscous products.

Lobe Pumps

Our specially designed Lobe pump is capable of accurately metering medium to high viscosity liquids. There are three types of Lobe pumps, Octa-Lobe, Tri-Lobe and Bi-Lobe.

We manufacture our state-of-the-art Rotary Lobe Pumps in-house. Knowledge gained through experience, due to vast installation of our lobe pumps, is very crucial and important when deciding the application in the industry, especially when the media being pumped may change with every other run.
